Hadzira is founder-led and bootstrapped. It did not start as a pitch deck. It started behind the counter of a waakye restaurant losing money every time the lights went, and beside a phone dealer whose entire stock lived in an exercise book and in his head.
So we build differently. Before a product ships, we stand where the work happens: the till at closing time, the bursar’s office in fee season, the vestry after third service. Each product is shaped side by side with the businesses that run on it, which is why their own words, not our claims, tell the story below (their names kept private).
No investors setting the roadmap. No imported template with a Ghana sticker on it. Every product is written here, for the trades here, and it earns its keep the way our clients do: a month at a time.
